Create Your Miracle Morning

How do you start your mornings?

Are your mornings filled with chaos and scrambling around to get everything compiled together just to even get out the door?

Or,

Is your morning filled with productive habits that you’ve instilled for some time now that helps you start each day on the right foot?

I can personally tell you, I’ve been on both sides.

My mornings were crazy and it seemed I was running around like a chicken with it’s head cut off trying to find stuff.

About the most I did was get my bag ready for the next during high school and college.

Now?

My mornings are filled with Life S.A.V.E.R.S.

Life S.A.V.E.R.S. are from a book called Miracle Mornings Millionaire and it’s a book written by Hal Elrod and David Osborn.

This book includes everything you need to create a morning routine that will start everyday on the right foot.

Hal and David include a lot of great tips and facts on how to change your mindset over the terrible mornings everyone always hates.

What are Life S.A.V.E.R.S.?

Life S.A.V.E.R.S. are simple but very effective practices that will help you develop yourself.

They are meant to put you in the best mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual state each and every morning.

The S.A.V.E.R.S. are:

Silence

Affirmations

Visualization

Exercise

Reading

Scribing

To briefly go over each one to give you an idea of what they include:

Silence

Mediation, prayer, reflection, deep breathing, gratitude.

Doing one of these right away in the morning will immediately make your days better. This one really helps to reduce your stress and all these ways help you to focus just on you.

I start my days off with mediation, prayer, and some gratitude.

Affirmations

Your mindset impacts everything in your life. Mindset is defined is the accumulation of the beliefs, attitudes, and emotional intelligence.

A great way to practice affirmations is doing “I Am” statements.

These are positive uplifting, statements that should be said on a daily basis.

Visualization

Visualization has been known to be of the one tricks to achieving your goals.

Seeing yourself going through the process of achieving your goals, and imagine yourself how it would feel like and you enjoying it.

On a daily basis you will will align your thoughts, behaviors, and feelings through visualization.

Exercise

Exercising is one of the best activities you can do right as you wake up.

It improves your confidence, health, energy, and overall emotional well-being.

Any type of exercise in the morning should be a staple in your morning ritual.

Reading

Books are one of the greatest ways to increase your knowledge on a topic. There are so many books on business, mindset, self-improvement, and many more.

Authors compile years and years of studies from their own experiences or someone else’s experience and puts it into one book.

Instead of a scrolling through social media for 10 minutes, pick up a book.

Everyone can find a little time to read every day. I’m doing at least 30 minutes of reading a day now.

Scribing

Scribing is another word for writing. You can write about anything, your thoughts, what you’re grateful for, successes, breakthroughs.

Writing can give you so many benefits that direct your thoughts and helping you to realize things you would’ve never noticed before.

Even 5-10 minutes of writing every morning will make a huge difference over time.

Final Thoughts

So inclusion, if you don’t have a morning routine, come up with one based around the Life S.A.V.E.R.S.

Start with one or two of them and eventually build it into a morning routine that will jump start you every day.

I have drastically seen an improvement in my overall days when I do my routine compared to when I don’t.

Start today and set up each day for success, and you will see a drastic difference in your life.

Thanks and Be Great,

Jared
